Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Myndboosters AI application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

If you also have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms wherever the two differ.

The Myndboosters AI application is operated by Myndboosters AI. Our registered entity name and postal address: [TO BE CONFIRMED]. You can reach us at myndboostersai@gmail.com.

Myndboosters AI takes a description of an application, in your own words, and generates software from it — screens, a data model and an API — which you can then change by asking for changes.

Check what it produces before you rely on it. Generated software is a starting point produced by a model, not reviewed work. It can be wrong, insecure, or subtly not what you asked for, and it can look correct while being none of those things. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything you deploy or put in front of other people.

We may change how the service works, what it can generate and which plans exist. We do not promise that a given capability will remain available.

You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly at myndboostersai@gmail.com if you think someone else has got into your account.

Give us accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are using the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

Your prompts are yours. We do not claim ownership of what you write. You grant us the licence we need to operate the service — to store your prompts, process them to generate software, and show them back to you.

The output is yours too. As between you and us, you own the software generated from your prompts and may use it for anything, including commercially. We claim no ownership of it.

Two honest caveats. Generated code may resemble code generated for someone else who asked for something similar, so we cannot promise it is unique to you. And generated code may include or depend on open-source components under their own licences, which you are responsible for complying with.

You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit. Do not put someone else's confidential information, credentials or personal data into a prompt.

We do not use the content of your prompts to train models.

Use the service lawfully. Please do not:

• use it to build anything unlawful, or anything designed to harm, defraud or deceive people;
• generate malware, credential harvesters, or tools whose purpose is to break into systems you do not own;
• submit someone else's personal data, credentials or confidential information;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to any system connected to it;
• probe, scan or test its security, or interfere with its operation or anyone else's use of it;
• attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts or system instructions;
• resell or redistribute the service itself as your own product; or
• place an unreasonable load on it, including by automating usage beyond your plan.

We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe you are doing any of these.

Some plans are paid. Prices, what each plan includes, and how billing works are shown in the application and may change; we will tell you before a change affects a plan you are already on.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service at any time. We aim to give notice of anything significant, but we do not promise the service will always be available or uninterrupted.

Keep your own copy of anything you would not want to lose. We are not a backup service.

The service itself — its software, design, and the arrangement of it — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers it to you.

This section is about the service. What it generates for you is covered above, and is yours.

Myndboosters AI and our logo are our marks. Other names and marks that appear belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

The service links to and integrates with a small number of third-party services, including the sign-in providers. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that anything it generates will be accurate, complete, secure, or fit for the purpose you have in mind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service — whether the claim is brought in contract, in tort or otherwise, and even if we had been told such damages were possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If your use of the service in breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and give you a fair opportunity to be involved in how it is handled.

We may update these terms. The date shown at the top of this page is when they last changed, and we will tell you about anything significant.

Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the service, are governed by the laws of [TO BE CONFIRMED], without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts of [TO BE CONFIRMED] will have exclusive jurisdiction, and both you and we agree to that.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of them continue to apply.
